Barrel33 is a beer and wine store that also has a bar and bistro. It is located within Howland Plaza, three doors east of Giant Eagle. Although meat dishes are served, there are several vegan items on the menu, which are clearly marked as such. For example, there are tortilla chips with guacamole and salsa as a starter and a grilled vegetable medley with rice pilaf as a main.
