Edwins was set up as a culinary training school and typically serves traditional French cuisine, the restaurant interior also has strong French influences.
The restaurant is a predominately meat-serving establishment; however, there are a couple of vegan-friendly options on the menu including a starter (entrée) and a few main courses (plats principaux). There is also a vegan sorbet available on the dessert menu.
