The Blue Corn Café serves everything from Cuban-style beans to authentic hand rolled empanadas. Chef Antonio enjoys fusing the flavors of his native Mexico with authentic flavors from the Caribbean and South America, using fresh plantains, mangoes, guavas and more.
The café serves meat and fish, but has a good selection of vegetarian options that can be made vegan on request. The Black Bean and Sweet Potato Stew is described as their 'famous vegan stew' and Daiya cheese is available at a small additional cost. TAKE NOTE: Your server can further advise which dishes are vegan-friendly or can easily be made vegan.
