Mellow Mushroom is a chain of pizza restaurants with a vegan menu and gluten-free dough. Their vegan options include pizza, hoagies, calzones and salads with a variety of toppings including Daiya cheese, marinated tempeh, tofu and all the veggies. Their pretzels are also vegan (ask for no butter or parmesan).
