Fair Trade Café is an omni coffee shop in Phoenix with a selection of vegan items. Serving hot drinks, oatmeal, smoothies, sandwiches, wraps and side dishes. Soy, almond or coconut milk are available to use in coffee, with flax seed and vegan protein powders in the smoothies. The smoothies, hummus sandwich, burrito and several of the sides are vegan. The ethos of the café is to use fair-trade, locally, organic and ecologically friendly products. The café shows the work of local artists and supports community projects.
