Peacefood is named after the simple idea that peace begins on our plate. Two vegans founded Peacefood in 2009 on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Their 100% vegan menu includes specialties such as vegan crab cakes, pumpkin cashew quiche, pfc un-chicken basket, vegan cheeseburger, Green Thai curry, focaccias, pizzas, and their wide range of smoothies and hot drinks. Peacefood has also a second branch in the vibrant Union Square neighbourhood of New York, which possesses a distinct menu from the Amsterdam Avenue branch.
