Melt Bar and Grilled is located on The Case Western Reserve University Campus in Cleveland, and is one of a chain of restaurants that serve American comfort food with a tasty twist.

Although a meat-serving eatery, there are plenty of vegan-friendly options to choose from and are clearly marked as 'VG' on the menu.

From the starters and snacks menu, the options include Pierogi (dumplings) and tofu 'wings' with a vegan ranch dressing. On the soups menu there is a four bean chili soup and on the salad menu, a house salad or a noodle salad that can both be customized by adding vegan-friendly toppings and dressings. The grilled cheese sandwich menu also offers a number of tasty vegan alternatives and all sandwiches are served with fries, kettle chips or a side dish.

A takeaway service is available and at certain restaurants, catering for private parties and functions can be provided.
