Van Leeuwen is an artisanal ice cream chain in New York and Los Angeles, with currently altogether 8 branches. They have a fine selection of vegan flavors available for their ice cream, including sicilian pistachio, chocolate, coffee, honeycomb, salted caramel, caramelized banana nut, choc chip cookie dough, matcha tea, mint chip, peanut butter choc chip. The vegan scoops are made with housemade cashew milk, organic coconut milk, organic extra virgin coconut oil, organic cane sugar, pure cocoa butter and organic carob bean. Subject to location, they also have other vegan desserts including a vegan cookies n cream caramel swirl, a raspberry hibiscus sorbet (gluten-free), and a vegan vanilla apricot jam.
