Mellow Mushroom is a national pizzeria chain. You can build your own pizza using Daiya vegan cheese and a range of vegetables (such as avocado, olives, Portobello mushrooms, roasted red peppers and artichoke hearts), tofu and marinated tempeh. Gluten-free crusts are available, too. Other vegan options include hoagies, calzones, salads and pretzels (ask for no butter or parmesan).
