Ugrean is a salad bar which can be found at the Florida Mall in Orlando. An innovative approach to salad, Ugrean was created to provide healthy, vibrant and flavorsome food and make it available to everyone. Whilst serving meat, they do offer their own signature Vegan Caesar Salad with romaine, kale and purple cabbage, and there is also the option to build your own salad using vegan ingredients and dressings.
