Home Grown Café is a multi-cuisine eatery and venue in downtown Newark, Delaware.
Offering fresh food for all (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and meat-eater), there is a full range of vegan options on all the menus, including the Saturday and Sunday brunch menu and the dessert menu. The food options include everything from salads and soups to sandwiches, wraps and burgers, and small plates, shared plates and entrées. With the Home Grown Café it is more a case of what they don’t offer as there’s food for all and: happy hours and weekly specials, live music and events (check Facebook for the latest on all), takeaway, delivery and catering, and a full bar.
They also offer fundraising evenings (through food sales) for local non-profits.
