Gokul Café is a vegetarian Indian restaurant in Columbus. Vegan highlights include the Bhel Puri (a savory mixture of spices, puffed rice, fresh potato, onion, cilantro, nuts, and mint and tamarind chutneys), the Upma Peserat (green moong and lentil dosa stuffed with upma, onion, chili, and ginger) and the Channa Palak (chickpeas, spinach, and spices cooked in a tomato and onion sauce). Note that vegan items are not labeled on the menu, so be sure to request vegan when placing your order.
