Lalibela is an Ethiopian restaurant which has many vegetarian items, many of which are based on grains and pulses. There is not much dairy used in traditional Ethiopian dishes, so many of them are suitable for vegans; just double check if unsure. The dishes are serves on Injera, which is made from teff flour; a gluten-free product.
