Sushi Fuku is a sushi bar with two outlets in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; this one is on Oakland Avenue, the other on South Craig Street.
Although a menu heavy with meat options, there is also the opportunity to create your own sushi dish using baked tofu. Sushi Fuku has been designed with a fast-casual ordering process in mind which allows you to order the ingredients you want.
There are also plenty of vegan sauces and sides to choose from.
