ION Restaurant is an all-vegan establishment which focuses on environmentally-friendly produce and strive to minimize waste, as well as supporting local charities. They offer local and organic produce whenever possible. They offer daily specials, and some of their dishes include yam quesadilla, a seitan reuben sandwich, buffalo cauliflower and tempeh crab cakes. Their all-organic desserts include carrot cake and chocolate mousse. Their hot teas are extensive and organic, and they also serve smoothies and raw cider.
