Ophelia’s is an omni gastrobrothel restaurant, bar and live music venue in Denver with boudoir-style décor. Many dishes can be vegan upon request, including the beet and super seed veggie burger (havarti, ponzu onions, apple-kale slaw, sweet potato bun, green goddess) and the gigante bean hummus board (roasted carrots, jicama, watermelon radish, dates, roasted beets, cucumber, shishito peppers, toasted sunflower seeds, flatbread). 75% of the menu is organically sourced and local producers are used where possible.
