Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint is a restaurant where all pizzas are homemade fresh, with local, organic ingredients when possible. They offer made-from-scratch sauces and dressings, and have gluten-free crusts available. You can personalize your own pizza, and vegan Daiya cheese is available as a substitute. Toppings include a variety of veggies, as well as grilled tofu. There are also make-your-own salads available to order.
