Sweet & Natural is a relaxed counter-service eatery that specializes in delicious soul food and baked goods in the Mount Rainier area. The menu is fully plant-based and includes many gluten-free and organic options to choose from. The menu rotates daily and offers a small selection of entrées and side dishes as well as a range of baked goods that are baked fresh daily, such as cookies, cupcakes and slices. They focus on using healthy ingredients do not use any artificial colors, flavors, hydrogenated oils or trans fats. Seating is available at the venue or you can grab your food to go.
