Paulie Gee's is an omni pizzeria chain that uses wood-fired pizza ovens. There are numerous vegan pizza options, including the Lady Lola Light (Italian tomatoes, vegan kimchi, Serrano peppers, green onions, black and white sesame seeds, soy chili glaze) and the Rabbit Pie (Italian tomatoes, garlic, baby arugula, baby spinach, house-made vegan fennel sausage, red onions, pickled pineapples, soy chili glaze). There are also several vegan desserts, including the Pie Pie My Darling’s Three Layer Chocolate Cake.
