Café at 407's mission is simple: serve food that's delicious, seasonal, locally-produced and handmade-with-love. They buy directly from farmers, change their menu with the seasons and all of the proceeds go to support Ophelia's Place. Ophelia's Place is a nonprofit dedicated to changing the culture and conversation around eating disorders, body image and body dissatisfaction.
Café at 407 has a couple of vegan options on its current menu, the Harvest Grain Bowl being the main option. There is also a Hummus Plate that's likely to be vegan-friendly and you can also order toast with PB or jam, and Steel-Cut Oatmeal with fresh fruit.
