Mint is an original restaurant in the heart of the Brooklyn Jewish community creating kosher California cuisine that is rooted in Mediterranean style. The farm-fresh-to-table menu was developed by acclaimed Chef Mark Strausman, executive chef of Fred’s at Barneys and formerly Campagna and Coco Pazzo.
Mint prides itself on offering fresh, clean, healthful and delicious cuisine without compromise. Vegan dishes pepper the menu but are not marked, so you will need to double check with your server when ordering. Choose from great-sounding options like Spicy Seitan Buffalo Wongs, Israeli Falafel, the Mint Veggie Burger and Sesame Crusted Grilled Seitan. The soup of the day is also always vegan.
