Yard House is an American restaurant and bar chain which has a rock music theme. The Gardein vegan burger is made from red quinoa, kale and shiitake mushrooms and comes with Daiya vegan mozzarella, avocado, tomato, arugula, onion, miso, an onion bun and mixed greens. Other items labelled as vegetarian on the menu are vegan, such as the Gardein chicken rice bowl and the hot and spicy edamame. Each restaurant has over 100 beers on tap, with selections from around the world.
