Karma Road is a fully vegan café in New Paltz, open for breakfast, lunch and early dinner every day.
With an extensive and delicious-sounding menu, the only problem you'll have is deciding what to eat! Using local and organic ingredients whenever possible, Karma Road's menu rotates daily. A few popular options are Tempeh Bacon and Tofu Scramble Sandwich, Bodacious Burrito (think roasted potatoes, cheese and salsa!), the Karma Reuban Sandwich, the Kalecado Salad and the huge range of smoothies and desserts.
