Lumpia Shack creates fried and fresh lumpia (spring rolls) and other authentic dishes. Born from the love of Filipino food, they mix traditional flavors with locally-sourced and responsibly-produced ingredients.
Though not marked as vegan on the menu, much of Lumpia Shack's vegetarian offering looks to be vegan-friendly. The 'Mushroom Lumpia' is one of the dishes this little hotspot is famous for, so just double check re: the cooking oil and the aioli when you order. Equally, you can 'build your own' Rice Bowl and select Tofu Mushroom as the protein. All of the sauces are vegan as well (even the 'bicol' as it is made with coconut yogurt), so you don't have to miss out of any of the traditional Filipino accompaniments.
