The Cellar is a modern fusion restaurant which offers tapas, salads, and main dishes. Their menu changes seasonally, but always has vegan options. Their vegan options are marked with a uppercase V. These include the Smoked Tofu Tortilla, the Peanut Lime Noodles, and the Tajine. A lot of the seafood and meat specialities can also be made vegan by substituting tofu or mushroom.
