Environmentally conscious in all they do, Aroma Thyme Bistro was the first Certified Green Restaurant© in upstate New York. It has one of the best stocked bars with 250 craft beers, 250 fine wines and 250 boutique spirits. The restaurant is all about supporting local, but they also use small independent brands from all over the globe.
Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu for easy ordering. Choose from exciting meals like the 'Vegan HUMMIZZA' (a hummus pizza!), or the Veggie Bowl with Organic Tofu. Aroma also has Daiya cheese so you may also be able to request that vegetarian items be made vegan by subbing out the dairy.
