Mohawk Bend is a hip restaurant and bar serving fresh, locally-sourced seasonal fare and drinks including 72 taps of craft beer. They only use Californian ingredients to create brick oven pizzas, salads, pub food and desserts. You can sit in booths, a skylit dining room or outside on the patio. They serve lunch, dinner, brunch (on weekends) and late-night munchies. They are dedicated to sustainability, using a low-waste workflow and sustainable materials.
Their menu changes frequently to use the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Most of the menu is vegan with omni subs and add-ons. Non-vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. They have dedicated vegan and non-vegan food prep areas in their kitchen.
Vegan dishes include buffalo cauliflower with bleu cheese dressing, soba noodle salad with hemp seed crusted tofu, BBQ chickpea cutlet sandwich, an Impossible Burger, sloppy joe sandwich, ricotta and kale pizza, beet gravlax toast, hearts of palm crabcakes and berry shortcake.
