Wursthaus is an award-winning omni pub in Santa Ana, specializing in hot dogs. There are three vegan hot dog choices, the smoked apple and sage (wheat, apple, Yukon sage and spices), Mexican chipotle (wheat, chipotle, chili de Arbol, garlic) and the Italian (wheat, eggplant, red wine, garlic, spices, fennel). Toppings include sauerkraut, caramelized onions and sautéed fresh jalapeños. There are 20 German and Belgium draft beers available.
