Gracias Madre is a beautiful vegan restaurant serving cuisine inspired by the kitchens of Mexico sourced from locally grown, organic ingredients. Dishes include gorditas, quinoa and black eyed pea salad, tempeh chorizo torta, delicious bowls, potato and chorizo quesadilla, coconut BLT wraps, fried plantains topped with mole and cashew cream, black bean burger, broccoli, mushroom and cauliflower tacos, and pozole. Their cheeses and milks are made using nuts, and their tortillas and tamales are handmade from non-GMO heirloom corn.
