Imperial Chinese is an omni Chinese restaurant in Denver, open since 1985. Several vegetarian dishes such as the Hunan ‘beef’ (soy based), the imperial ‘chicken’ (soy based), stir-fried bok choy and the hot and spicy tofu are vegan.
