Karma

Karma is an omni Asian restaurant in Denver with a good vegan selection. The tofu and vegetable dish is served on steamed Jasmine or brown rice with your choice of sauce, including the Kung Pao (dry Szechuan chili brown sauce topped with peanuts), spicy mango (tangy mango sauce with a light balance of sweet, spicy and mango flavors) and Thai sriracha (sriracha chili sauce, Thai basil, hoisen sauce, garlic, scallion, onion and a fresh mix of veggies). There are many other vegan options, such as the Karma mapo tofu special (Silken tofu and shitake mushroom, slowly simmered in Sichuan hot chili sauce).
