Heidi's Brooklyn Deli is an omni restaurant chain serving sandwiches, fresh salads, handmade bagels, breakfast, soups, wraps and fruit smoothies. There is a vegan menu which features three sandwiches with mock-meats, such as the Sausage and Peppers sandwich (Tofurkey sausage, roasted peppers, vegan cheese). There is also a black bean, kale and beet salad which is vegan. Eight flavors of bread are made-from scratch daily.
