Madcapra

Madcapra is a vegetarian falafel spot located at Grand Central Market in DTLA. Their falafel is made from organic, locally-sourced chickpeas and they source as much of their produce as possible from sustainable growers in Southern California.

Their falafel is gluten-free and they are vegan-friendly, but options are not clear on the menu so please check with your server. You can choose from Red, Green, Orange or Yellow, which describes the fusion of ingredients you prefer and you can have your falafel in a sandwich or a salad. The Red option includes falafel, tomatoes, cabbage, pickles, tahini and basil.
