Spinach

Spinach is a café which can be found in Shadyside and provides organic light bites and snacks along with more hearty fare. There are salads, tartines and pastas, along with sweets and juices, and all sections of the menu feature vegan options. For example there is the shaved asparagus and avocado tartine or the cacao tartine featuring chocolate and hazelnut spread. Almost all items on the menu can also be made gluten-free.

There is the option to bring your own bottle and, given the right weather, sit out on the patio.
