Awai is an innovative vegan restaurant with no menu and no prices. They use fresh, local and seasonal ingredients that change daily. The talented chefs cook what they like and you pay what you like. In the past dishes have included tempura cattail hearts, Spanish flatbread with shishito aioli and a polenta carrot cake with white chocolate centre served with beet meringue and chervil.
