The Flame Broiler has over 180 locations in the U.S., all serving simple, healthy fast food. You build your own bowl from a selection of carefully chosen ingredients. Vegans can choose the organic, non-GMO tofu, cut and prepared on a bed of white or brown rice, as well as several veggies and sauces. They use the same grill to cook all proteins, but standard practice is to clean the grill surface extremely well right after every batch of protein is cooked.
