New City Microcreamery like to think of themselves as a factory where anything they dream is within their reach. They love experimenting with flavor, texture, and color and they are not afraid to push the boundaries of dessert. The ice cream kitchen is completely open so you can watch every step of the process. There are several vegan ice cream flavors - Vegan Vanilla, Vegan Chocolate Avocado, Vegan Coffee, and Vegan PB Banana.
