Pastoli's is an independent pizza restaurant in the vibrant Squirrel Hill neighbourhood of Pittsburgh, serving pizza, pasta and more.

Providing various menus for different diets and allergies, there are several vegan and gluten-free options available. On the pizza front on the vegan menu there are the classic “white” pizza or the veggie lovers, or even the BBQ “chicken” or “pork”, and there are numerous vegan hoagie options too.
