Using local ingredients, Maoz offers more than 15 salads and accompanying sauces and the majority of them are vegan-friendly. The signature sandwich is called the 'Maoz Falafel Sandwich', where you choose a white or whole wheat pita pocket and fill it with falafel balls and your choice of salads and sauce. If you're not a fan of falafel then you can swap it for Vegan Shawrama, and if you're feeling like something other than a sandwich then you can swap the pita in favor of a Salad Bowl, Rice Bowl or Hummus Bowl.
