Pokéworks is an Hawaiian poké chain that serves build-your-own poké bowls, poké burritos and poké salads with a variety of proteins, sauces and toppings to choose from. They use sustainable, seasonal, and natural ingredients, and a number of their spaces use Forest Stewardship Council certified reclaimed wood products.

They offer a signature vegan Sweet Chili Tofu poké bowl containing organic tofu, blanched kale, green and sweet onion, cucumber, edamame, sesame seeds and sweet chili gochujang sauce.
