Hops & Pie is an omni pizzeria and bar in Denver with a good vegan selection. The house salad and the sloppy Jane sandwich (tempeh and a whole lotta love on griddled house roll) are vegan, while other sandwiches and the chipotle mango tacos can be made vegan by substituting the meat for house hickory smoked tofu. You can create-your-own pizza with a range of vegetable toppings plus Daiya vegan cheese, house smoked tofu and house made Sicilian sausage. Happy hour is on Tuesday – Friday from 3pm until 6.30pm.
