Roots Natural Kitchen is a bowl bar in Newark, Delaware aiming to provide fast and casual eating which is also healthy.

This is a vegan-friendly eatery offering healthy bowl-based salad and grains. There are signature options such as the Southern grain bowl with BBQ tofu or the Lola salad bowl with grilled mushrooms, but there is also the option to build your own bowl.

The only beverages for sale are bottled still and sparkling waters.
