The Oak Barrel

The Oak Barrel is a locally owned and run bar and restaurant in Valley View. It features a menu based on new American cuisine, influenced by a French twist brought by the chef Demetrios Atheneos. The Oak Barrel is committed to local, sustainable and organic ingredients for its dishes and uses them wherever possible.

Although The Oak Barrel serves meat there are vegan options in many sections of the menu, including a vegan Taco with falafel and house slaw, the Falafel Sliders, and vegan greens and sides. There is also a vegan dessert of Mitchell’s Ice Cream partnered with seasonal offerings. There is an extensive wine list, as well as a huge selection of beers and a large variety of whiskeys and bourbons.
