Spak Brothers Pizza is a local Pizza Bar and American Restaurant between Bloomfield and Garfield neighborhoods, specializing in pizzas, hoagies and calzones. The menu features many vegan options, including the BBQ seitan pizza, seitan wings and the seitan Pittsburgh "steak" hoagie (vegan option). Vegan cheese is available. Spak Brothers is also committed to offering food that is local, sustainable, and healthy whenever possible. The restaurant uses only unbleached, umbromated flour, and there are no refined sugars in the sauce or dough.
