Sputnik is an omni bar and restaurant in Denver which has great vegan options. The cuisine takes a fresh and eclectic take on traditional bar food. The separate vegan menu offers brunch scrambles, burritos, hoagies, corn dogs, fries, zucchini dogs, a wide range of sandwiches, plus salads and soup. Unique sandwiches include the Camping Club (toasted rye bread with tempeh bacon, house-smoked sweet potato, fresh pickles, red onion, arugula and vegan mayo) and the reuben (house-made seitan, sauerkraut and house-made thousand island dressing on toasted rye bread).
