Located in Astoria Queens, Monika’s Café Bar has been a neighborhood staple since 1996. Directly across the street from historical Kaufman Astoria Studios, Monika's has outdoor seating and serves coffee, cocktails and an ever-changing seasonal menu.
Monika’s passion for fresh, organic and tasty ingredients is reflected in the food on offer, which includes plenty of vegan options. Marked with a V for easy identification, choose from small plates like Ginger Soy Glazed Brussel Sprouts and Vegan Mushroom Calamari, and follow up with Vegan Tacos, a Vegan Wrap or the Black Bean and Rice Burger. There is also an amazing sounding Earth Bowl as one of the entrees.
