Ace Eat Serve is an award-winning Asian omni restaurant in Denver. The mushroom ramen is vegan and is made from crispy tofu, wheat noodles, mushrooms, vegan broth, nori and scallions. Other dishes that may be vegan are the vegetable spring rolls and veggie bao bun – check with your server when placing your order. The industrial-style building is decorated with recycled and repurposed materials to create an inventive space and fun ping-pong hall.
