Lagusta's Luscious Commissary! is a vegan, organic, fair-trade café in New Paltz. Serving up an amazing range of coffee and tea (with lots of milks to choose from - including homemade), it's the place to be if you like your warm beverages! Although they also offer cold drinks, including the decadent-sounding 'frozen drinking chocolate'!
Food specials are added daily, but a visit will guarantee you homemade croissants, mac & cheese casserole, cheese + pickle plate and their lovely 'socialist sliding scale soup'.
