Nix is a new restaurant from Michelin-starred chef John Fraser, drawing on his personal passion for cooking with vegetables. They have separate vegan menus for brunch and dinner, which include specialities such as Bamboo rice stir-fry, Spicy tofu with chanterelle mushrooms, kale & schezuan pepper, Cauliflower tempura with steamed buns & house pickles, amongst many other choices.
