The Weathervane Café is an omni family-run, cosy coffee shop in Denver serving breakfast, lunch and craft coffee shop goods. The vegetarian options can be made vegan upon request, including the sesame coconut salad (organic greens in house-made sesame soy dressing, topped with sesame seeds and coconut), the T.L.T. sandwich (tempeh bacon, greens, tomato, mustard, vegan mayo) and the carrot cake oatmeal (oats, carrots, raisins, walnuts, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom, served with almond or coconut milk).
